Stainless steel flat bar is the name given to the rectangular-section solid material in the stainless steel long group. It is one of the two types found among solid materials with a 90-degree cross section. The other material is the square materials that appear when the cross-sectional dimensions are the same.

The production range of stainless steel flat bars is physically a minimum of 10×5 mm. Stainless steel flats are produced as cold drawn in sizes such as 10x5mm, 15x5mm, and 15×10 mm. 20×3 mm production blades and laterThey are in hot-drawn, annealed, and pickled (HRAP) condition. Maximum sizes go up to 200×50 mm, but commercially available sizes are up to 150×40 mm. Stainless steel blades are available in special grades as well as the austenitic grades we stock, but these grades are not commonly used.
